Soooo I’ve become obsessed with swimming lately . While watching the Olympics I was in absolute awe of the aesthetic bodies teamusa has . They’ve got the oh so pleasing to the eye V-taper, tone stomachs, and wide shoulders . Their body fat is low and their thighs are muscular. I want this, along with the functionality of being a good swimmer and having a fun cardio outlet .
Two days ago I took my first swim in awhile and it became pretty obvious that I need lots of improvement . I’m still working on how to breathe while freestyling, which is so vital. I also bought goggles, and ear plugs . I’m planning a session today and every day if possible . I’ve also included rowing workouts at least every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday .
